找不到设备？ 确认两台设备连在同一个 Wi‑Fi，并且对方也打开了 LanSend 或 LocalSend。iOS 首次使用需要允许“本地网络”权限。有些公司或公共 Wi‑Fi 会禁止设备间的组播，此时可以在“设备”页的“按地址发送”里直接输入对方的 IP 地址。
收到的文件在哪里？ macOS 与 Windows 默认存到“下载”文件夹，可以在“设置”页改成别的目录。iOS 上存在“文件”App 的“我的 iPhone › LanSend”里。
怎么开启剪贴板同步？ 先在“设备”页与对方配对，两端会显示相同的 6 位校验码，确认一致即可。配对后剪贴板自动同步。iOS 不支持剪贴板同步。
传输安全吗？ 文件在设备之间直接传输，全程 TLS 加密，不经过任何服务器，也不需要账号。应用不收集任何数据，详见隐私政策。
支持哪些设备？ macOS、Windows 和 iOS。由于兼容 LocalSend 协议，也能与 Android、Linux 上的 LocalSend 互传。

Please include your device model, OS version and the app version (shown at the bottom of the Settings page); it helps us find the problem faster.
Devices are not found. Both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network with LanSend or LocalSend open. On iOS, allow the Local Network permission on first launch. Some corporate and public networks block multicast between clients; in that case use “Send by address” on the Devices page and type the other device’s IP address.
Where are the received files? On macOS and Windows they go to the Downloads folder by default, which you can change on the Settings page. On iOS they are in the Files app under “On My iPhone › LanSend”.
How do I turn on clipboard sync? Pair the two devices on the Devices page first: both show the same six-digit code, and you confirm they match. After pairing the clipboard syncs automatically. Clipboard sync is not available on iOS.
Is the transfer secure? Files go straight from one device to the other over TLS. Nothing passes through a server, no account is needed, and the app collects no data. See the privacy policy.
Which devices are supported? macOS, Windows and iOS. Because the app speaks the LocalSend protocol, it also transfers to and from LocalSend on Android and Linux.
